How do I book a stay?
You can book straight from any apartment page. Pick your dates, choose the place that fits, and confirm in a couple of minutes. You'll get instant confirmation by email, along with everything you need for an easy arrival.
How does self check-in work?
Every apartment includes clear instructions sent ahead of your arrival, so you can let yourself in whenever suits your schedule — no front desk, no waiting around.
I've never booked an apartment before. Is it different?
Not really — you get the same booking flow as a hotel, plus more space and a real kitchen. We're on hand throughout if you need anything.
Can I book more than one apartment for a group trip?
Yes — just reach out and we'll help you find and book several apartments close to each other for your group.
Why book direct with Fragola?
Booking direct means our best rate, no added platform fees, and a team that already knows your reservation if you need anything.
I own a flat in Kraków. How does renting with you work?
